EnrollmentYou are welcome to contact the relevant college department to discuss your application, but for your application to be formally considered you must complete the College application form. Please return the completed application form, together with any additional material you wish to be considered, to The Admissions Department, at the appropriate address given on contact us page. To speed up the process of selection, please ensure that appropriate academic references are included.

We will ensure that your application is considered as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your application form, The Admissions Department will issue an acknowledgement letter containing your unique LIC reference number. In all subsequent correspondence this number should be quoted, along with your name and the course and department to which you have applied. To help the college make a prompt decision, international students should also include transcripts of their previous qualifications (including English Language proficiency) and details of the grading/marking schemes used in the assessment of those qualifications.

The College operates an equal opportunities policy relating to admissions. However, in some cases the College location and buildings may pose difficultes for disabled candidates. Disabled applicants are therefore strongly advised to contact the relevant college department to ensure that, wherever possible, appropriate arrangements can be made to accommodate their needs.

Applicants who are offered a place will receive information about accommodation upon receipt of the acceptance of their offer. Nearer the time of their expected start date, applicants who have accepted an unconditional offer will receive a pack of information relating to their enrolment. There is no fixed deadline for applying to become an LIC student. However, in general, it is advisable to apply a year in advance of your anticipated date of entry, to allow time for the detailed arrangements that will have to be made before starting your studies at the College. This is particularly important if you are an international student.

The College has three in-takes each year. Students accepted for one of the programmes often start at the beginning of an academic session, but may also commence their registration at any other time convenient to themselves and their host academic department.

Now that you have selected the course that you feel is ideal for you and know about Luton International college and living in Luton, the next step is to complete an application form and return it to the college with the following information:

• Photocopies of all your academic qualifications
• Three passport size photographs
• Any other documents that you think may support your application e.g. an academic reference, employer’s references.

If your application is successful you will receive an acceptance letter for the course you have selected. This will include details of your tuition fees and potential living expenses.

The college sends out an enrolment letter after the tuition fees have been paid. It should be noted that applicants from some overseas countries are required to obtain an enrolment letter for their visa application to be accepted.
